You have build a site without setting
stage.align=StageAlign.TOP_LEFT;
stage.scaleMode=StageScaleMode.NO_SCALE;
which should have been enabled when you started building the site. But if it’s too late to change that, you need to look in the component’s source files (.fla and .as) to remove that code and recompile – access the main fla from the source files and press Shift + f12.

Q: I have issues unzipping the file…
All packages have been tested to be functional. The problem is on your end. If you are on Windows 7 just right click the zip file and select extract all, then press Enter. On Mac OS X just double click it. And you should have the contents of the zip unpacked in the same folder as the zip.

I have a problem with the gallery, I can open it in flash but when I copy in my file said that I don´t have enough virtual memory. What can I do?
Hi, the DZS Video Gallery that I am using seems to have the capability to support images, but the images that I am inputting are not showing up. Is there a special kind of image I should be using?
They also don’t seem to be uploading properly through the CMS. I uploaded one image manually and it still didn’t work.
