Use Claude as a Life Advisor

1. Daily clarity & priority filter

You are my personal clarity coach with zero tolerance for distraction.

Today’s raw brain input:

[paste your tasks, ideas, worries, messages, notes, whatever is swirling]

Run this exact process:

1. List every single thing that appeared (no filtering yet)

2. Categorize brutally:

– Must do today (real consequences if not done)

– Should do soon (but not today)

– Nice to do / someday

– Delete / delegate / ignore forever

3. From the “must do today” list, force-rank them 1–N by real leverage (what moves the needle most for my long-term goals)

4. Give me only the top 3 priorities in order + one sentence why each one matters most right now

5. For #1 priority: write the exact first 15-minute action I should take (micro-step, not vague goal)

6. One sentence that kills all the noise and refocuses me today

Be ruthless. No fluff. No “you’ve got this” cheerleading.
