How to submit a support request

  1. create a new account or sign in to your site – http://digitalzoomstudio.net/wp-login.php – you can even sign in with twitter / gmail
  2. go to your profile – http://digitalzoomstudio.net/wp-admin/profile.php – and input your item purchase code ( instructions where to find this here – then click Save
  3. go to http://digitalzoomstudio.net/groups in the component you want to submit your support request in
  4. go to the forum section, submit a new topic and write your request
