2/ Design & prototyping in Figma (the critical step)
This is where conversion is won or lost.

In Figma, we define the screens, flows, and copy (headline, subhead, CTA, microcopy).

Without clear screens, AI won’t know what to build.
Mediocre UX + generic copy = poor conversions (more important than code or ad budget at the start).

Bonus: with Figma Make (or similar tools) you can quickly visualize the prototype and generate base code directly from the design.

3/ UI from design: Bolt / Lovable
We convert the layers and tokens from Figma into functional UI.
We keep the structure, class names, and components.

Result: a “clickable” prototype that looks and behaves like the real product — perfect for feedback from customers/investors.

4/ Development in Cursor + Claude AI
Import from GitHub → integrate the UI, write the logic, APIs, auth, and state management.

We use agents (Claude / GPT) in Cursor for fast implementation, refactoring, and testing.
