Freebie: jQuery dropdown menu with callback function on option select

I used this cool plugin http://www.devirtuoso.com/2009/08/styling-drop-down-boxes-with-jquery/, added some jQuery effects ( fade in, fade out ), made the skin simpler and added a callback function ( optional ).
